Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products marked as final sale
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
